Hello and welcome to The Classroom. As you can see we are a little rough around the edges due to the hack we received a couple of months ago.
We have 95% of the content and functionality restored, so do feel free to have a look around. If you find anything missing or not working, please let us know so that we can fix it for you.
And don’t forget to send us your lesson plans if you want to see them on the site.
Thanks for visiting, The Classroom

The Classroom believes in a unique teaching methodology. These methods, published for the first time here with concrete examples, simplify previously complex issues in tackling homophobia/transphobia. The Classroom shows teachers inspirational examples of how the use of LGBT experience as material in lessons can help to raise attainment and manage behaviour. The Classroom also shows you how to use this new pedagogy to help schools to succeed in navigating the new educational terrain of Public Duty responsibilities (introduced by the Equality Act 2010)
We can educate. We can celebrate. Now the Classroom will show you how to habituate LGBT awareness in your class.
Let’s USUALISE and ACTUALISE!
